The Division of General Services is in charge of organizing important campus celebrations, monitoring university development projects such as The Aiming for the Top University Project, The Precise Management Project. It also organizes Conferences for the University Advisory Committee, University Evaluation; and the presentations of Honorary Doctor Degree, Distinguished and Chair Professorship, and lecture series of Nobel Laureates.
